1b. Unless specified otherwise, all content on “side” domains retain the copyright mentioned above. For example domains such as anothercodelabs.co.uk (2005 – 2010) or Trinest.co.cc (2007 – 2009).

2. Designs (such as layouts, graphics and other digital designs) used on the trinest.com domain (or other domains used by Trent Petronaitis) are copyrighted 2004 – 2011 by Trent Petronaitis. All designs, such as graphics, layouts and other digital designs can not be reproduced, reused or redesigned with out Trent Petronaitis’ written and signed approval.

2b. Trinest.com contains layouts which can be downloaded by users of the site and used for their own purposes. These layouts are only layouts mentioned specifically on the “free layout” page. The layouts are distributed under a Creative Commons non commercial licence, with required link back to Trinest.com.

2c. Some layouts or designs might be restored and used on Trinest.com or other projects developed by Trent Petronaitis. If these layouts where previously released under a Creative Commons Licence, then the layouts will no longer be issued under said licence and will by copyrighted by Trent Petronaitis.

3b. Content produced by Trent Petronaitis “around the web”, from third party websites apply to the copyright listed on the publishing website. Content is reused or reproduced on Trinest.com under a fair use agreement with the owner or owner/s of the websites.

4. Past/Current/Developmental Content on Trinest.Com is © Trent Petronaitis 2003-2010. The content can not be reproduced, reused, or redeveloped on any other publication regardless if its commercial/non-profit/personal/non-commercial etc. founding. The content is property of its sole owner Trent Petronaitis.

5. Media based productions such as podcasts or vlogs is copyrighted by Trent Petronaitis 2004 – 2011. The content can only be reproduced, reused and/or redeveloped by Trent Petronaitis.

5b. Anyone or anything which appears on Media based productions by Trent Petronaitis gives Trent Petronaitis a royalty free right to reuse, redevelop the content in the recorded media. As well as using their likeness in promotions, advertising or redesigns.

6. Graphic logos and sprites produced by Trent Petronaitis are copyrighted 2003 – 2011. Regardless of the current use of the logo/sprite. These logos and sprites can not be reused/reproduced by any 3rd party unless they are affiliated with Trinest.Com for fairuse only. These logos can not be used for commerical or non-commercial purposes outside of Trinest.Com by 3rd parties. The logo can only be recreated by Trent Petronaitis.

8. Graphics/Photography/Media produced on Trinest.Com is © Trent Petronaitis 2005-2010. Some artworks might be under a Creative Commons Licence if they are released on deviantart.

9. Download Center content is released under a Creative Commons Licence, for designs they can be edited or reproduced, as long as they link back to trinest.com, or credit me. Designs must also not be used on commercial websites.

9b. Audio and Videos produced by Trent Petronaitis in the Download Center may be re uploaded by third parties, but can not be edited for commercial or private use.
